My computer completely locked me out and I could not access any of my important documents or programs. Gregg took a look at my computer and assured me he would get back to me within 24 hours. I dropped my computer off around 5PM on Tuesday and Gregg called me by Noon the next day with the news that my computer was back up and running. For that service I would have paid twice what he charged me.

Greg always answers the phone every time I call. He offered at home or in shop service, whichever is convenient for me. Had my computer fixed good as new very quickly. He was very professional and knowledgable. He talked with me about what was wrong with my computer and we discussed solutions before continuing with the repair. The service is very reasonably priced. I will call Greg for all my computer needs. Definitely recommend Press-F1 to everyone.
